RAN Engineer TECHM-JOB-30259 Position Name - RAN Engineer with ORAN Exp Location - Dallas,TX(Day1 Onsite) JD: NOTE: past vendor experience with Samsung and Nokia is a preferred. Position Summary: Perform complex system verification, and change execution of Samsung 4G and 5G RAN Equipment including virtual EMS, ORAN, and vRAN. Perform feature validation, interoperability testing, and field evaluation to get product acceptance. Role and Responsibilities: Perform complex system verification, and change execution of Samsung 4G and 5G RAN Equipment including virtual EMS, ORAN and vRAN. Perform system-level feature integration and test. Develop and perform test plans as well as troubleshoot and analyze problems in customer's lab and production systems. Manage and enhance automation tools, and customer lab support. Aid in product and feature performance analysis, evaluation of new products and SW releases. Ensure that customer commitments are achieved according to the project plan. Work with team members to prepare test plans/cases and execute them to validate RAN CP/OAM functionality. Interface proactively with Product/Technology Engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan. Creating change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals Developing and implementing plans to manage change Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities Coaching and mentoring staff through the change process Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees Providing expert advice on handling a change in an organization Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in Developing training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change Evaluating the success of change management initiatives
