Position Summary: A QA Lab Runner focused on bag and product audits is responsible for ensuring that every bag of potato chips meets the company's quality, packaging, safety, and regulatory standards before it reaches customers. This role is essential for maintaining product consistency, preventing defects, and supporting overall food safety. The QA Lab Runner performs regular audits on bagged product from the packaging lines, checking for:Net weight accuracy (ensuring bags meet label requirements). Seal integrity (proper closure, no leaks). Bag condition (no tears, wrinkles, defects, or grease spots). Code date accuracy and legibility (correct lot codes, timestamps, flavor codes). Proper packaging material (correct film/flavor, no misprints). Foreign material checks. Air fill level (puff level appropriate for product protection). Requirements:Quality Experience. Inspecting. Chemical/ lab knowledge.
