About the Job Now Hiring OTR CDL-A Drivers - Dry Van (Solo & Team Opportunities) We're adding experienced CDL-A drivers to haul primarily USPS Government Mail throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeast. If you're looking for steady miles and clear, simple pay, this position delivers. Solo Drivers:$1,800 flat rate covering up to 3,000 miles. 60cpm for every mile over 3,000. Typical weekly miles: 3,000-3,200. Team Drivers:$1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles. 70cpm for every mile over 5,500. Typical weekly miles: 5,000-6,000. The pay cycle runs Monday through Sunday, with direct deposit every Friday. This is a 1099 position, with no escrow required, and drivers earn bonuses for clean inspections. Equipment & Home Time:You'll operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70mph, and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and inverter.
