We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials to ensure efficient workflow and minimal production downtime. Location: Cary, NC Schedule: Onsite Shift Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package What You'll Do Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials Load and unload trucks and production materials Stage materials for manufacturing and fulfillment teams Complete daily equipment inspections Secure loads to prevent damage during transport Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Support warehouse and production operations with timely deliveries What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent 1+ year of Turret Swing reach forklift experience Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Ability to operate powered lift equipment safely Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment How You Will Be Successful Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Ensure accurate, safe material handling Building Relationships: Support cross-functional warehouse and production teams Integrity and Respect: Follow established procedures and safety standards Challenging the Expected: Improve material flow and operational efficiency Why Join MPG?
