This role involves setting up and troubleshooting production equipment, performing detailed quality inspections using tools like microscopes, and collaborating in a team environment to meet manufacturing goals. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assembly & Fabrication: Perform various tasks involved in the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of medical devices.Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting or maintenance on production machinery.Quality Control: Conduct inspections on the processing line to ensure all products meet strict quality specifications and SOPs.Precision Work: Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes, to ensure accuracy in assembly.Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed. ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (we are willing to train the right candidate!).Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math calculations.Communication: Must be able to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications in English.Reliability: Ability to report to work punctually and work extended hours if necessary.
