If interested in this Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | | text 5867107970 ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Sandy UT 84070 – 100% On-sitePayrate: $17.50/hrRequired Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Assembler will be responsible for the fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices while adhering to strict quality specifications and standard operating procedures. This role involves setting up and troubleshooting production equipment, performing detailed quality inspections using tools like microscopes, and collaborating in a team environment to meet manufacturing goals. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assembly & Fabrication: Perform various tasks involved in the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of medical devices.Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic troubleshooting or maintenance on production machinery.Quality Control: Conduct inspections on the processing line to ensure all products meet strict quality specifications and SOPs.Precision Work: Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes, to ensure accuracy in assembly.Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed. ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (we are willing to train the right candidate!).Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math calculations.Communication: Must be able to read, write, and comprehend technical specifications in English.Reliability: Ability to report to work punctually and work extended hours if necessary.
