Spherion is hiring Production Associates in East Liberty, OH. 2nd - 4:00PM-12:30AM - Monday-Friday with possibility of over time - $20.00/HR Production Assembler Benefits: Weekly Pay!! Responsibilities: Places components on production line as specified by the operations standards Assembles components with the use of bolts, clips, and screws, to otherwise fasten parts together Assembling automotive center console modules Assembling power train accessory modules, chassis and engine components Tire & wheel assembly Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Skills: Must be able to continuously lift 30-75 pounds with an ability to carry such 30-50 feet Perform tasks that require continuous reaching, grasping, twisting, leaning and bending Must be able to read/write and legibly complete paperwork and communicate effectively using the English language. Work in a standing position for a minimum of 8 hours Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates in the organization Add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's, using weight measurement, volume and distance Possess organizational, priority/time management, problem solving, and conflict resolution Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Would like to see longevity with an employer; no job hopping No gaps in employment barring extenuating circumstances Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have reliable transportation Must have a great attendance record Must have a sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work in a warehouse environment Must be able to work overtime.
