Demonstrating critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations. Fostering a culture of psychological safety, where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully. Preparing the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital polices while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.
