Job Opportunity - Cardiovascular Perfusionist - Central PennsylvaniaStart Date: Not specified Location: Central Pennsylvania region Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time, 36-40 hours per week (typically three 12-hour shifts); M-F with call approximately every 5 weekends; weekend call Friday 6pm-Monday 6:30am from home; weeknight call 6pm-6:30am from home Highlights:Level 1 Trauma Center providing critical cardiovascular care Primary responsibilities include OR first assist, scheduled clinic hours, and call coverage Mixture of OR cases and ICU floor time with moderate patient volume (3-4 encounters per shift) Marquet equipment and Cerner EMR system in use Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) and first assist experience utilized Credentialing timeframe: 60-120 days Requirements:Board Certification Eligible (minimum); Board Certified preferred Fellowship training required Active state licensure (IMLC not accepted) ACLS and BLS certifications required Experience with EVH and first assist procedures Why It's a Fit: This full-time locum opportunity offers meaningful clinical work in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center environment with a balanced schedule that includes both operating room and critical care responsibilities.
