We are searching for an experienced Hospitality Security Officer to join our Hospitality Team. Our team hosts thousands of visitors and private events annually at one of Downtown Seattle's most iconic landmarks. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism. Come Grow With Us & Apply Today!! What You Can Expect: Greet, orient, and assist visitors and community members and clients. Deploy stanchions, set up signage, and perform other duties as assigned. Provide closing reminders to all visitors and community members and conduct floor patrols to secure the building for closing. Escort un-badged staff and non-employees on-site. Work on projects to be completed during down times. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on events and daily operations. Inspect premises to assess the need for repairs, badge reader, lighting outages, and report any issues to the appropriate teams. Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Provide detailed written reports. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security required. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Customer Service background preferred. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!! Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
