Opportunity Details We are seeking full-time OB/Gyn physicians to join Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. This opportunity offers a well-supported practice with OB Hospitalists and a 24/7 OB ER, allowing you to focus on comprehensive women's care while maintaining a balanced lifestyle within a collaborative team environment. Quick Facts Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed • Schedule / Hours: Clinic, OR, and delivery coverage • Call: Shared call with OB/Gyn group; supported by OB Hospitalists • Patient Volume: Established patient base with strong community demand • Location: Denison, Texas (60 miles north of Dallas) • Practice Setting: Single hospital coverage within a regional referral center • Support / Care Team: Three OB/Gyns, OB Hospitalists, neonatologists, APPs, and full support staff • EMR / Technology: Modern EMR; dedicated surgical suites and robotics Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population • Perform a full range of OB/Gyn procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries • Manage deliveries and gynecologic surgical cases • Collaborate with OB Hospitalists, physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams • Participate in shared call responsibilities • Document patient care using hospital EMR system Compensation & Benefits Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 + productivity incentives/bonuses • Sign-on / Relocation: Generous commencement bonus and relocation assistance • Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement: Comprehensive benefits package • PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility: Paid time off and CME allowance • Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support: OB Hospitalist program and 24/7 OB ER support Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology • Active or eligible Texas medical license • Interest in full-scope OB/Gyn practice • Robotics experience preferred but not required Growth & Development Opportunity to build a busy practice within a growing community • Access to advanced surgical technology including robotics • Supportive infrastructure including OB Hospitalists and dedicated women's services • Affiliation with a national healthcare organization offering long-term career growth Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed regional referral center serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
