Job Description Join the Zimmerman InfuZion Internship Program and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of advertising! As an Advertising Account Services Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our account services team and assisting with the management of client accounts. This exciting three-month program is crafted to provide you with invaluable skills, hands-on experience, and insights into the advertising industry. Work alongside experienced account managers to learn how to ensure client satisfaction, coordinate projects smoothly, and build strong client relationships. Whether you're passionate about retail, fashion, creative strategy, or media planning, this internship allows you to explore various sectors of the industry and ignite your passion for advertising. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests. Communicate effectively with clients through verbal and written interactions. Oversee production jobs internally and externally with minimal oversight. Manage the execution of creative development and coordinate creative timelines. Collaborate with Account Managers to secure necessary legal approvals and substantiations. Handle the production budget and facilitate estimate generation and client approvals. Develop leadership skills by coordinating with account team members and other internal departments. Utilize internal resources, including Billing, Project Management, Creative, and Business Affairs. Set and manage client expectations for various projects. Update immediate supervisor on the status of ongoing projects regularly. Enhance time management and workload prioritization abilities. Complete assignments promptly, following directions as necessary. Lead internal status meetings as appropriate. Draft briefs and written communications, such as emails, memos, and reports, with minimal supervision. Initiate competitive analysis drafts. Gain a comprehensive understanding of agency processes, departments, and resources. Deepen your understanding of the client’s competitive landscape to provide timely insights and information. Attend agency training sessions as required. Familiarize yourself with all contractual agreements with clients, vendors, and partners. Assist with market and business analysis efforts. Monitor industry news and press releases. Utilize competitive intelligence platforms for analysis reporting tasks. Required Skills: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Ideal for students entering their Junior or Senior year (graduating December 2026 or May 2027). Available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm for the full 10-week internship duration (June 2, 2026 - August 7, 2026). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong ability to learn new systems. Exhibit professionalism and maturity expected of a full-time associate, demonstrating commitment and dedication to the program and assigned tasks.
