DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Semi Skilled Laborer, you will perform manual labor and provide essential support to the maintenance team. You will determine effective work methods and procedures for daily assignments. This role involves: Groundskeeping work including cutting grass, trimming trees and bushes, landscaping, and snow removal Assisting various trades and maintenance staff with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and construction tasks Preparing and painting interior and exterior areas Digging and cleaning drainage ditches, culverts, and fill in washouts Loading and unloading trucks Delivering parts and supplies Maintaining fleet vehicles and equipment Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Conditions of Employment: You must be in possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent. Additional Requirements: You must possess a valid federal or state-issued photo ID and pass a favorable NCIC screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.
