Forward Deployed Engineer

A startup in the National Security sector is searching for a forward deployed engineer to join their growing team. The product they're building blends advanced analytics with blockchain data to create a safer environment for financial institutions, government agencies, and cryptocurrency companies while combatting financial crimes like money laundering. In the event of a crime, their PaaS automatically detects and investigates any illegal activity through monitoring transactions and understanding how funds move across different blockchains. This role will be a blend of technical integrations/ hands-on coding and interfacing with customers to ensure their product is deployed effectively in their environment. All candidates must be elligible to obtain a security clearance to be considered for this role Preferred Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development Proficiency in Python and SQL Experience with API integrations Experience working in an AI-powered environment Experience interacting with customers - understanding mission significance, eliminating blockers, gathering feedback High level communication skills with technical/ non-technical clients A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Nice to have: experience with ML frameworks, Kubernetes and Terraform The Offer $200,000 - 250,000/year You will receive the following benefits: PTO 401k Healthcare Equity Specialization : Python Javascript
