Job Description

The Civil Works Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to Ericsson standards, and managing financial control through effective scheduling and quality management. This role involves close collaboration with both external service providers and internal project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Control project expenses and align them with approved site designs. Ensure that only approved materials are utilized in the project. Enforce adherence to all civil works guidelines, schedules, and standards. Participate in coordination and progress meetings. Maintain a safe working environment through regular safety inspections and monitoring. Address civil works challenges promptly throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate site activities to ensure all project disciplines are aligned with goals. Drive project schedules and troubleshoot as necessary. Verify that service providers and suppliers meet all technical and safety specifications. Inspect workmanship to ensure compliance with contracts and quality expectations. Enforce safety guidelines during the entire civil works phase. Conduct site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits. Provide regular progress reports and accurate status updates to project management. Offer technical assistance to service providers and suppliers. Reject incorrect deliveries and report performance issues on site. Interpret and ensure compliance with civil design plans. Supervise and monitor works involving service providers and other disciplines. Lead the project team with a focus on quality and results. Manage materials and documentation related to civil works projects. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with managing large-scale projects (500+ sites). Certifications required: OSHA30, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, and Ergonomics. Ability to undergo additional training as required. Additional Information: All travel expenses, training fees, and administrative time incurred for the assignment will be covered by the supplier, while daily operational responsibilities fall within Ericsson's guidelines. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards in construction practices.
