As an Hourly Supervisor at The Tap, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient management of food and beverage service. You will lead a team of hourly employees to ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees to ensure efficient and effective service delivery Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with management to develop and implement new strategies for improving service quality Requirements: Experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work 40+ hour per week Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits: Complementary dining 40 hours PTO Flexible Schedule Medical, dental, vision, life, and supplementary insurance If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a strong background in food and beverage service, we encourage you to apply for the Hourly Supervisor position at The Tap Indianapolis Salary $16 - $18 per hour
