The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a Medicaid Contract Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Hours: 25 hrs/week (flexible to increase) Hourly W2, rate based on experience 100% Remote position; aligned with EST hours This position supports Market Access and Account Management teams by managing the full lifecycle of State Medicaid contracts. The role focuses on contract negotiation, redlining, pricing impact analysis, and ensuring compliance with government pricing regulations. You will act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid contracting and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Government Pricing teams. You will interpret contract terms and assess impact on pricing, rebates, GTN, Government reporting metrics (AMP, URA, Best Price). You will support state Medicaid bid solicitations and financial evaluations, conducting financial impact and performance analysis. You will investigate pricing discrepancies and contract performance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Admin, or related) required; MBA preferred 3+ years of direct State Medicaid contracting experience Experience redlining and negotiating contracts Strong understanding of government pricing implications GTN modeling and government pricing analytics preferred Strong data literacy (comfortable validating data logic and assumptions) preferred Experience in highly regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
