ScheduleNight Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a high acuity step-down unit. The candidate must possess strong assessment and clinical skills and have experience in an ICU setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough and systematic assessments for patients from pediatric to geriatric stages. Demonstrate consistent clinical skills and ability to administer direct patient care effectively. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient care and progress. Ensure professionalism and adherence to institutional policies and procedures. Enhance patient satisfaction by responding positively to patients, families, and coworkers. Follow patient safety protocols and employ safe transfer techniques. Individualize patient care based on specific procedures and anesthesia types. Contribute to patient education and assess understanding of surgical procedures.
