Job Description: Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position includes a required in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility before transitioning to your permanent role in Randolph. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria's high standards of excellence. This position is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities on the night shift to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of the raw material quartz processing facility. This role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians on the night shift, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities on the night shift, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs, to minimize downtime and maximize production. Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and system failures, and lead the team in performing timely and effective repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, mills, and other machinery. Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and ensure they are in optimal working condition. Manage the spare parts inventory on the night shift, ensuring that critical parts are readily available and that inventory is accurately tracked. Communicate effectively with the day shift maintenance team, operations personnel, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Document all maintenance activities accurately and completely in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians on the night shift, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Assist the Maintenance and Automation Manager in developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and best practices. Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and incident investigations as needed. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in a mining, processing, or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical manuals. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing automated systems and equipment. Strong understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, and control devices. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to automation systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Push/pull 100 lbs. Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift Bend over multiple times throughout shift Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements: Steel toed boots Hearing Protection Safety glasses Cut-proof gloves Respirator Latex gloves Face shield High visibility vest Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.) Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
