Lead Construction Materials Testing Technician (Travel Required) Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Your role as a Lead Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician will be vital in ensuring the safety and quality of construction projects. You will independently collect samples from various construction sites and perform essential tests and inspections to assess the materials' properties and integrity. Using specialized equipment, you will follow established procedures and standards while documenting your findings and communicating results to project managers and other stakeholders. This ensures informed decision-making and maintains project integrity and safety across various terrains and weather conditions. This position necessitates frequent travel to different project sites away from our standard office locations, often for extended periods. Training and onboarding will occur at the office closest to you, after which you'll head to the assigned project state. We may provide a per diem allowance to cover travel expenses.
