Position Overview As the Lead Product Manager, you will take the helm of our product initiatives from conception to execution. Your role will involve strategic planning, collaboration, and hands-on execution to meet customer and business demands. You will connect with various stakeholders, including engineering and external partners, to ensure timely delivery and high user satisfaction. You will develop product requirements, user acceptance criteria, and work alongside a skilled product manager to bring new capabilities to market. We are looking for a dynamic product leader with a strong business background and technical expertise, particularly in B2B SaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities Planning & Execution: Establish and manage a scalable product management framework with prioritization models. Transform business cases and customer insights into actionable product roadmaps. Collaborate with P&L stakeholders, engineering, operations, and sales for customer value delivery. Maintain the company product roadmap for transparency and organization. Product Delivery: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. Create detailed business and technical requirement documents for development teams. Coordinate with the engineering team for timely, quality releases. Monitor release readiness and post-launch performance for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as the liaison between engineering and internal teams such as Sales and Operations. Conduct regular alignment meetings for roadmap transparency and prioritization. Create C-suite-ready reports on progress, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Work with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches. Customer-Focused Development: Manage product roadmaps incorporating stakeholder feedback and customer insights. Prioritize customer requests for future enhancements. Integrate the customer voice into every stage of product development. Develop solutions that drive measurable outcomes in key areas like security and compliance. Requirements A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or technical graduate degree is preferred. Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, ideally leading small teams in enterprise SaaS. Demonstrated success in defining and launching B2B products cross-functionally. Strong technical knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, and Agile methodologies. Experience in payments, fintech, or AP/AR automation is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills to convey both technical and strategic concepts. A data-driven approach to assessing product health, customer value, and ROI. Ability to maintain organized documentation accessible to the organization. Manage intake processes to improve workflow among stakeholders. Experience maintaining sprint backlogs for engineering efficiency. Team Leadership & Development: Provide clear guidance to team members on deliverables and timelines. Create accountability systems for team productivity. Willingness to acknowledge knowledge gaps and seek assistance.
