In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. Prior experience in construction is a must.This may also include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous productsProvide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpentersTransport materials and equipment from one location to anotherOperate power tools and/or industrial equipmentSet up cones and warning signs to increase visibilityConstruct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffoldingOther manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisorReport any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repairQualificationsAbility to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periodsOperating power tools and equipment safely and effectively is requiredMust be a motivated self starterStrong attention to detailExcellent hand-eye coordinationAbility to adhere to all safety rules and regulationsKnowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferredStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAdditional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
