Job Description

FedEx is seeking experienced Business Product Analyst to support critical revenue systems within our Enterprise Revenue Portfolio Management organization (RMIC). This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that power FedEx's core revenue capabilities - including rating, invoicing, and settlement systems. These systems directly impact how FedEx calculates shipping charges, generates invoices, processes payments, and manages revenue across global operations. If you enjoy working in Agile environments, collaborating across technical and business teams, and driving measurable business value, this role offers exposure to high-impact enterprise initiatives. What You Will Do As a Business Product Analyst, you will: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria. Break down large features into manageable development stories. Assist in prioritizing the Product Backlog based on business value and ROI, alignment with product strategy and team capacity Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Management, and Operations. Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and surface risks or dependencies. Support Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews). You will help support enterprise systems responsible for: Rating Systems Shipment charge calculations Customer-level pricing Error correction and billing adjustments Invoicing Systems Invoice generation and delivery Duty and tax calculation Country-specific tax compliance Revenue accounting integration Settlement Systems Payments processing Accounts receivable Adjustments and financial reporting Program & Production Support Conduct impact assessments for system changes. Support QA validation and testing activities. Track and manage issues to ensure timely resolution. Help monitor program effectiveness against defined performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Revenue Management, Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Collect, or financial systems. SQL proficiency. Familiarity with system architecture and software design concepts. Experience with Jira or similar backlog management tools. Exposure to UX/UI or design thinking principles. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or equivalent experience. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum Experience Business Product Analyst II Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related discipline Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation Ability to perform data analysis and interpret metrics to support product decisions Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Operations) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Business Product Analyst III Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in business/product analysis Advanced experience leading complex product initiatives end-to-end Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable product requirements Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership Strong knowledge of product roadmapping and backlog prioritization Experience leveraging data analytics tools to drive product insights Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and decision-making capabilities Domicile Information Hybrid work arrangement in one of the following U.S. IT locations: Orlando, FL; Memphis, TN; Plano, TX; Pittsburgh, PA Pay Range: Business Product Analyst II U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month New York Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $9,476.86/month Colorado Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $9,081.99/month Business Product Analyst III U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month New York Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,898.39/month Colorado Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,444.28/month Application Deadline Applications will be accepted for seven (7) days.
