Facilities Technician

Job Title: Facilities Technician Job DescriptionThis role involves utility facilities maintenance in a CNC job shop. The Facilities Technician will engage in a variety of tasks each day to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.Responsibilities Perform drywall and carpentry work. Conduct minor HVAC maintenance, such as changing filters. Handle plumbing tasks, including unclogging toilets and drains. Manage trash duties and maintain cleanliness. Shovel sidewalks as needed. Assist on the production line when necessary. Essential Skills Experience in facilities maintenance. Proficiency in plumbing. Basic HVAC knowledge. Drywall and carpentry skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in facilities or home repair work is required. Previous CNC experience is beneficial.
