Job DescriptionThe Senior Human Resources Manager with Aramark Correctional Services is responsible for leading a team of HR professional employees in a service center/HR shared-services model. This position leads all aspects of service delivery and provides information, mentorship, and direction to the team.This position reports directly to the Regional Human Resources Director, and will work with the Director to ensure work is performed in accordance with operational guidelines. This role is remote with 30%-50% travel to client locations.Job ResponsibilitiesTrain, mentor, develop and provide performance feedback to teamRun special projects and ensure project goals and regular progress updates are communicated to all stakeholdersConduct highly sensitive investigations and prepare relevant documentationIssue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE?s including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretationEmployee Engagement Initiatives ? EngagementAction Plan development and follow-up, corporate engagement and celebration activities point of contact/coordinatorHR metrics reporting and analysisBenefits and Payroll assistance as neededOn-boarding programs and initiativesAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications? 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or Employee Relations Specialist and a minimum of 3 years of management experience? Prior experience in an HR shared services model strongly preferred? HR certification is preferred? Bachelor?s degree in HR related field or equivalent experience is required? Collaborative decision-making skills and ability to work cooperatively with others both within the HR COE and with other COEs throughout the organization.? Experience and knowledge in one-on-one coaching and group conflict resolution, effective negotiation, and conducting internal investigations?
