Fence Installer/Driver

Job Full Description We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to install various types of fences for residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Training is provided and feedback to help you become a safe and efficient fence installer. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Must have a valid driver license & clean MVR. Must have good communication skills A need to win and an aggressive spirit. Have a positive attitude. Have the ability to think quickly and problem solve. Be able to work well in a team environment. Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor required. Performance Responsibilities The primary responsibility of a fence installer is to install fences according to client specifications and project requirements. Fence installers work with a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, post hole diggers, levels, and measuring devices. You must be proficient in operating these tools safely and efficiently. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Must be able to listen to and understand the customer's needs and clearly communicate with the customer and project management team. Assist in maintaining a crew truck and all of the tools and equipment associated with that truck. Must anticipate customer needs and job complications and be proactive to prevent or reduce any adverse effects. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and a level.
