Position: Lead TellerHigh Point FCU is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career while making a meaningful impact. As a Lead Teller, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily branch operations, guiding Teller staff, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about exceptional member service, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to fostering accurate, efficient, and professional service.Journeys start here.Your purpose: Assist with teller training, scheduling, and daily operations Process member transactions accurately and efficiently Support branch and vault balancing, audits, and check processing Ensure adherence to CU policies, regulatory guidelines, and service standards Educate members and staff about CU products and services Foster a positive and supportive team environment Oversees teller operations in the absence of the Head Teller. We are looking for: 2+ years of teller experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Prior mentoring, coaching or training experience preferred Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of credit union products, policies, and procedures Schedule / Location: 38 hrs. per week, Monday through Friday, Core hours are between 8:30am-5:30pm. This position is located at Wayne St in Olean, NY Local business travel may be required based on business need. Visit to learn more.The expected pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.50/ hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.High Point Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
