Assembler Operator - $212.85 - 23.20/Hr. This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time. Integrity Trade Services is hiring a ASSEMBLER OPERATOR for our manufacturing client to start at $21.85 - 23.20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities: Will us manual dexterity to accurately assemble small components. Operate and adjust testing equipment to maintain high efficiency and smooth workflow. Fit parts to precise tolerances, ensuring correct operation and function. Participate in problem-solving exercises to identify root cause of issues. Overtime mandatory when required, including weekends Location: Alsip, IL Schedule/Shift Details: 1st shift - 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - $21.85 2nd shift - 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Mon-Fri - $23.20 Qualifications Minimum two years of experience High School Diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of assembly operations Ability to read and follow standard work instructions. Experience working with blueprints, drawings, charts, specifications, or verbal instructions. Skilled in fitting parts to close tolerances Soldering experience is a plus.
