Referral Outreach Coordinator

About the Job This is a field-based marketing and relationship role - think community outreach and events, not digital marketing. The Coordinator builds relationships with pediatricians, dentists, schools, and community partners to grow patient referrals. You'll be out in the community daily meeting people, dropping off materials, coordinating lunches, and representing the practices. This role is hands-on and activity driven - you'll spend most of your time visiting offices and attending events. We're looking for someone who:Is outgoing, energetic, and enjoys talking to people. Has a friendly, professional presence. Likes being out in the community (not a desk job). Is organized and good at follow-up. Can manage their own daily schedule. Local travel throughout DFW using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Full-time position with benefits. Full benefits package offered.
