About the Role: The Quality Control Final Tester I plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach customers. This position involves conducting thorough final inspections and functional tests on finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established testing protocols to guarantee product reliability and safety. By accurately documenting test results and collaborating with production teams, the tester helps drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Ultimately, this position ensures that only products that meet or exceed quality standards are approved for shipment, thereby protecting the company's reputation and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer and data entry skills. Ability to understand quality control principles and testing methodologies. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and product specifications. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Effective communication skills to report findings clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a quality control or testing role within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with electronic or mechanical product testing. Knowledge of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities: Perform final functional and visual inspections on finished products to verify compliance with quality standards. Execute standardized testing procedures and document results accurately in quality control systems. Identify, report, and communicate any defects or deviations to the quality assurance and production teams promptly.
