What You'll Do As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing our mission of providing hope and healing by helping us hire outstanding talent across the organization. In this role, you will: Source, screen, and connect great candidates with the right opportunities Support hiring managers throughout the recruiting process Conduct initial interviews and represent the organization at job fairs and events Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage postings and applicants Help drive innovative recruiting strategies that strengthen our workforce Initiate onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience Support our trauma-competent, mission-aligned hiring approach This role is critical in helping us build strong teams that care for children, families, and communities across our service regions.
