Job DescriptionSURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Industrial Hardware Tech for a large, established client located in Lewisville, TX. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to perm employees are offered competitive compensation $16.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Industrial Hardware Tech: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and peripherals Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSDs, batteries, etc.) Execute device imaging and operating system installations Conduct asset tagging and maintain accurate inventory records Perform MDM enrollments and device domain joins Support Apple DEP (Device Enrollment Program) and Chromebook enrollments Assemble and configure device carts and workstations Install mobile device cases and manage structured cabling Provide white-glove device setup and validation services Coordinate equipment delivery, setup, and de-installation Perform secure data wiping and asset retirement procedures Respond to hardware-related service tickets and onsite support requests Preferred Qualifications of the Industrial Hardware Tech: Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals Experience with device imaging and deployment tools Familiarity with MDM platforms and device enrollment processes Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting) Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities About Surestaff At Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
