Quality AssurancePay: $20-25/HourShift: DayLocation: Auburn, WAJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspection functions on assembled parts, ensuring compliance with quality standards while under supervision. The role involves inspecting products and documents at various production stages, interpreting customer instructions, blueprints, and statistical information, preparing parts and documentation for external criteria, and participating in problem-solving teams. Opportunities are available in CNC and Assembly areas requiring dimensional inspection skills with micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.Responsibilities Inspect assembled parts and documents at various production stages. Validate processes and provide documentation required for compliance with quality standards. Read and interpret customer instructions, blueprints, charts, and other statistical information. Prepare parts and documentation for external criteria. Participate in work center and other problem-solving teams as requested. Essential Skills Proficiency in inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. Ability to read and comprehend American English. Ability to read, interpret, and understand customer drawings, mylars, and sketches. Good communication skills with inspection personnel, operators, and customer service representatives. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Attention to detail and ability to apply basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency preferred, pre-employment assessment required otherwise. Proficiency in the Work Order Tracking Program and the Quality System on SharePoint. Flexibility and self-driven nature. Professionalism in interactions with colleagues. Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting. Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations. Motivational, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills desired. Positive attitude, dependability, and team-building capabilities. Strong work ethic. The warehouse side is particularly quiet and clean, offering a conducive environment for focused work. Employees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the manufacturing floor, including eye, ear, and foot protection. Physical demands include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Noise levels may vary from quiet to extremely loud.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
