Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians employed at Key for 30 days are eligible to be enrolled in the BACB Supervision Department and accrue all required fieldwork hours at NO COST to employees. With guidance from an assigned Responsible Supervisor, students access a full curriculum created to teach all aspects of the current BACB task list, supervisor-led group supervisions offered multiple times per week, and individualized unrestricted hours assignments available for the duration of enrollment in the program. Key also offers various study-prep packages for students nearing the end of their fieldwork hours and opportunities for paid unrestricted hours as well. Job Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Therapist will: Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children ages 5 and under in home-based or community settings Implement developmentally appropriate teaching strategies through play and natural routines Accurately collect and document data on goals and behaviors Support families and collaborate with caregivers to generalize skills Ensure therapy sessions are engaging, child-focused, and developmentally sensitive Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care What Makes Our InHome Model Different Many BTs worry that in-home work means less support - we've designed our program to be the opposite.
