Your Responsibilities Include: Conducting full-home inspections from attics to crawl spaces Building trust by clearly communicating findings and recommending appropriate treatment options Closing sales by showing the benefits and value of Orkin's services Managing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad provided by the company Working independently while effectively managing your time and maximizing leads Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the sales process What We Offer: Top Earning Potential: Average first-year earnings between $70,000-$100,000 (base + commission) Unlimited Commission: Your earnings grow with your sales!
