What you'll own as the Senior Team Lead, Data Platform Drive and coordinate improvements to our data platform Extend and optimize our data lake Perform Design and Code Reviews Work closely with Product Management and internal customers to maintain a healthy backlog What you'll bring Experience with Spark, Python, and Athena 12+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience Expertise in SQL Experience with other big data frameworks A team player and problem solver Excellent communication skills It's a bonus if you have Machine Learning and AI experience Experience with Payments and Fintech Experience with Snowflake and Databricks About the team The Product and Technology Development teams make the payments magic happen. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $127,500.00-$192,525.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
