Provide exceptional 1:1 care for 45 minutes to an hour, with an expectation of a minimum of 3.5 units per visit. Diagnose patients by observing movements and understanding their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and outcomes. Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injury. Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Qualifications: Must hold a Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Kansas or have the ability to obtain it. CPR and first aid certification are required.
