Your Role: We are seeking a remarkable transformation leader to help our clients tackle the complexities of digitization. You possess the unique ability to blend creativity and analytical thinking to address intricate business challenges, empowering clients to excel. Whether you’re leading teams or managing project details, your expertise in Oracle solutions is invaluable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will inspire collaboration and motivate team performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll systems. Collaborate with client teams to gather and integrate functional and technical requirements. Optimize payroll processes across Oracle HCM through configuration, integration, reporting, and formula development. Provide expert guidance and translate client needs into system configurations. Create comprehensive functional and technical design documentation. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose effective Oracle solutions. Oversee testing phases and assist in the transition processes for go-live preparation. Organize tasks efficiently and provide updates on project progress. Travel Requirements: Depending on business needs, travel could range from 0 to 100%. Qualifications: Certification in Cloud HCM applications, particularly the Payroll module. At least 6 years of experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud. Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years). Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle HCM Payroll Certification. Experience managing teams and delivering project outcomes. Cross-functional understanding of other HCM modules. Compensation at Accenture varies based on various factors including location and experience. The expected salary range is as follows: California: $94,400 to $266,300 Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000 Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000 District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000 Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000 Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000 Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000 Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000 New York: $87,400 to $266,300 New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300 Washington: $100,500 to $245,000 Accenture is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to a diverse workforce.
