Apprentice Carpenter

Red Branch Outdoor Living is seeking a reliable, driven Carpenter who takes pride in their craftsmanship and is eager to develop alongside a professional crew. We specialize in custom decks, covered patios, fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens. Our thoughtfully built projects are made to stand the test of time. If you bring at least two years of experience constructing outdoor structures, along with a solid work ethic and an upbeat attitude, this may be an excellent fit. You are not expected to know it all. What matters most is that you are dependable, open to feedback, and dedicated to producing high quality work. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Read and follow blueprints and project plans • Assist in building high-quality outdoor living structures • Work alongside a Project Manager and crew • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • At least two years of carpentry experience is preferred • Comfortable reading blueprints, or eager to strengthen that skill • High level of attention to detail • Brings a positive attitude and works well as part of a team • Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly• What You’ll Do: • Read and follow blueprints and project plans • Assist in building high-quality outdoor living structures • Work alongside a Project Manager and crew • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
