This role manages a pipeline of 25–30 transactions and serves as a key gatekeeper for compliance, documentation, and reporting standards related to C&I financing.COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS LOAN CLOSER | PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure loans are closed and documented in accordance with credit approval proceduresAccurately book loans into the loan accounting systemManage a pipeline of 25–30 commercial loan transactionsPerform due diligence and review operational risk componentsEnsure all pre-closing and funding conditions are metWork with sales partners, customers, legal counsel, and third parties to clear conditions including:Environmental reports AppraisalsFlood determinationsLien positionsTitle work Reconcile loan accounting reconciliation accountsClear post-closing legal documentation exceptions in compliance with bank policyMonitor KPIs and proactively manage loan closingsMitigate operational and reputational riskProvide exceptional customer service while adhering to regulatory and internal policy standards REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 1–3 years of experience in a business/commercial lending environmentKnowledge of federal regulations and commercial loan documentation (credit agreements, notes, guarantees, collateral)Strong time management skills with ability to manage a loan pipeline independentlyExcellent organizational skills in a deadline-driven environmentAbility to manage and resolve moderately complex issuesExceptional customer service and communication skillsHighly motivated and team-orientedExperience with AFS and LaserPro preferred EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s Degree or higher preferred Code-167360
