Company: enGen Job Description: JOB SUMMARY CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen, Onshore (due to contractual/access requirements) This Senior Business Systems Analyst position is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive expertise in Informatica (e.g., IDQ/CDQ) and Master Data Management (MDM). We are seeking a professional who is skilled in MDM match rule development and has a strong background in collaborating with data owners and stewards on data quality initiatives. This role is crucial for aligning with the strategic objectives of our organization. Pittsburgh Location Requirement Candidates located within 50 miles of either the Pittsburgh or Camp Hill campuses are expected to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Others will have the option to work fully remote. This position will support various analytical aspects of the application product lifecycle. You will leverage your judgment and discretion to collaborate with customers on challenging issues, gather project specifications, and transform high-level business needs into actionable requirements. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify business problems and opportunities, executing test cases, providing root cause analysis, and ensuring that customer needs are met with quality deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving risks, defects, and issues, and will utilize your market trend knowledge to enhance business value. You will also mentor junior analysts and lead project teams while serving as a subject matter expert on moderately complex projects that involve cross-functional collaboration and assessment of potential regulatory risks and financial impacts. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead collaborations with customers, software engineers, architects, and other team members to define capability needs and facilitate the development of quality business solutions for complex issues. You will create and maintain key deliverables including business vision, requirements, testing plans, schedules, scenarios, and user interface designs. Engage in the full software development life cycle by taking on various roles in agile scrum teams, including Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, User Interface Designer, and Tester. Provide expertise for both project and production activities, especially for new strategic initiatives affecting current systems. Ensure compliance with quality standards and necessary project approvals throughout the lifecycle. Interface with various stakeholders to enhance value, manage returns on investments, and propose innovative solutions, including potential vendor acquisitions. Lead efforts in requirements testing, ensuring minimal defects are realized and that analysis ties back to customer impacts. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners, conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews while maintaining accurate documentation. Provide strategic thought leadership in product and technology solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field. EXPERIENCE Required 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology. Preferred Experience with Informatica IDQ/CDQ, Data Profiling, MDM match rule development, and interactions with Data Owners/Data Stewards regarding data quality. Familiarity with Informatica Customer 360. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Preferred ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, and PMP. The position does require working in a physical office environment. Pay Range Minimum: $67,500.00 Pay Range Maximum: $126,000.00 Base pay is determined by various factors such as candidate qualifications and experience.
