Job Title: Equipment Pressure Washer Department: Equipment Reports To: Equipment Manager Location: Winter Haven, Florida 33881 FLSA Status: Non- Exempt Job Type: Full-time; Hourly Rate (TBA) Shift: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturday We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Equipment Pressure Washer Operator to join our Equipment team in Winter Haven, Florida. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment and enjoys working in an outdoor, team-oriented environment. What You Will Do Clean heavy equipment using high-pressure steam-cleaning systems Move equipment safely to and from designated cleaning areas Perform routine inspections and basic safety checks on equipment Complete daily maintenance of pressure washing equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area following company procedures Safely operate non-CDL heavy trucks on public roads and jobsites Perform basic mechanical tasks such as replacing mirrors, blowing out radiators, installing air filters, and lowering belly pans to remove dirt and debris Follow all safety policies and support a safety-first work culture Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Some high school education At least 12 months of experience in car detailing, truck washing, or equipment cleaning Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to safety and detail Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to read, speak, and understand English is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb on and off equipment safely, and perform repetitive tasks using hand tools and pressure washing equipment. Exposure to varying weather conditions is expected. Personal protective equipment is required. Work Schedule and Environment Work is typically performed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., averaging 40-50 hours per week. Occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays may be required based on operational needs.
