As a member of our finance team, your primary focus will be guiding companies through their Finance Transformation journey powered by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM. You'll collaborate with a diverse team to help clients rethink their Finance functions while utilizing cutting-edge Cloud technology, including RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics integrated with their ERP platforms. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated experience in both individual and team settings, effectively identifying and addressing client needs. Strong engagement management skills, including the ability to prepare concise, accurate documentation while maintaining project scope and flexibility. Experience in supervising teams to foster an environment of trust and encourage diverse ideas for improvement and innovation. Providing direction and answers to junior staff queries and offering constructive feedback. Applicants should demonstrate thorough abilities in consulting, designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle application solutions, including: Improving business processes with Oracle application module expertise. Understanding common issues faced by PwC clients across various industries. Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, or Oracle PeopleSoft application modules. Designing, implementing, and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment. Building and deploying various Oracle solutions. Developing strong relationships with clients and awareness of firm services. Troubleshooting production issues and testing enhancements within Oracle applications. Communicating organized and informed updates to clients and requesting necessary information clearly. Effectively prioritizing tasks and addressing potential conflicts proactively. Demonstrated success as a team member includes: Understanding personal and team roles and responsibilities. The salary for this position ranges from $77,000 to $202,000, depending on individual qualifications. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
