Workday Integration Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with Workday integration technologies and will serve as a technical leader, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across HR, Finance, Payroll, and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Workday integrations Lead development of inbound and outbound integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Workday Studio Develop and maintain integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and Web Services Design integrations with external systems such as Payroll providers, Benefits vendors, Finance/ERP, Identity Management systems Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce Workday best practices Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and production deployments Collaborate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party systems Strong understanding of Workday security framework Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
