Schedule: Days Pay: $82,138- $102,342 Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing training and professional development for laboratory staff, ensuring they are proficient in current techniques, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and equipment is properly calibrated and functioning. Manage the compilation and analysis of laboratory data, prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders, and use data insights to drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHA (HEW) 4 years prior clinical laboratory experience 3 years of supervisory experience Master's degree in science preferred
