Administer Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services. Oversee patch management, system upgrades, backup strategies, and recovery processes. Develop automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, or configuration management tools to improve efficiency and consistency. Architect and support enterprise applications such as M365, Exchange, SharePoint, identity management, and collaboration tools. Monitor system health, optimize performance, and ensure capacity planning aligns with business requirements. Lead projects related to system modernization, cloud migration, and infrastructure lifecycle management. Cross-Functional Responsibilities Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues across infrastructure, systems, and security. Collaborate with IT leadership to develop technology roadmaps and long-term strategies. Contribute to budgeting, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for infrastructure and security solutions. Mentor junior engineers and technicians; provide leadership on best practices and process improvement. Document configurations, procedures, and architectural changes to ensure operational continuity.
