This position is onsite : 4910 Tiedeman Brooklyn, OH 44144 Job Title: Scrum Master Duration: 6 months plus extensions Job Description Top 3 things looking when reviewing resumes: Scrum Master Project Management Data Analyst with technical skills - nice to have Lead multiple high-priority technical projects within Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS). The individual will take projects from original concept through final implementation with Agile methodologies. They will interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users and vendors, and ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables. Works with business leader to define backlog, sprint priority; manages project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition that support the diverse business goals and interests of multiple stakeholders Lead cross functional team members towards common outcomes and execution Participate in PI planning, capacity planning and team sizing to meet stakeholder objectives Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze & solve complex problems; takes initiative to facilitate planning and execute as assigned; Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities; meets project budget, schedule, scope & risk targets. Foster and encourage open & honest feedback; and learn from feedback (setbacks, mistakes) to drive improvement. Identify and assess risks & issues and proactively mitigate and resolve issues Performs impact analysis and prioritization May have to perform Data Analyst responsibilities as needed Manage project teams that include onshore and offshore resources Must Have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Scrum Master Certification 3 years of Scrum Master delivery experience Experience with Agile Methodologies, Jira, and Confluence Experience leading multiple Agile teams Demonstrate solid leadership competencies; organized, servant leader and facilitator Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze & solve complex problems Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Facilitates and encourages open & honest discussions that build healthy team culture, trust and respect Passionate about learning and self-improvement Effectively communicates with others by tailoring approach based on context and emotions of others Experience with Technology Implementation Nice to Have: • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience • Knowledge / experience in the financial and banking services industry a plus • Experience working with or managing banking projects • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery • Experience working as a Data Analyst in financial and banking sector is a plus #PPM1
