Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include Implementing a resident care plan Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures consulting with and validating data record pertinent information in the patient record identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care assuming responsibility for professional growth and development Working leader- oversees and implements a resident plan of care Working leader- performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessment and evaluations Consulting with and validates data Recording pertinent information in the patient record Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development Requirements of RN: Atleast 2 year's experience as RN required Home Health experience preferred, but not required Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Paid Mileage and Drive Time PTO Paid Holidays An Equal Opportunity Employer
