We have a friendly, supportive culture where we are all working together to help seniors age in their homes with dignity. Schedule: 9 am-2 pm Mon-Thurs with some flexibility. Occasional weekend or evening work. Responsibilities Oversee services rendered by employees including CHHA's Perform assessments of client cases prior to opening Perform ongoing assessments of certified home health aide cases Qualifications Must be a New Jersey licensed Registered Nurse 2+ years of experience in community health nursing Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia preferred but not required Effective written and verbal communication Valid NJ Driver's License and Car Insurance.
