This role involves managing cross-discipline engineering teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams. Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements. Collaborate with clients to address technical needs and project changes. Support proposal development and pursuit strategies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering; advanced degree or P.E. license preferred. 5+ years of experience in transmission line design or EPC project management. Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural design, and foundations. Experience working with investor-owned utilities in the U.S. is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
