OIC Lead Job Title Oracle Integration Cloud OIC Lead Job Summary We are seeking an experienced OIC Lead to drive integration strategy architecture and delivery across enterprise systems The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills deep technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and proven experience in managing complex integration projects This role involves leading a team engaging with stakeholders and ensuring best practices for scalable and secure integrations Key Responsibilities Lead and manage integration projects using Oracle Integration Cloud OIC across multiple business domains Define integration architecture standards and best practices for enterprisewide solutions Design and oversee complex integration flows orchestrations and mappings Collaborate with business stakeholders solution architects and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Ensure performance optimization security compliance and robust error handling in all integrations Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to OIC developers and integration teams Manage integration lifecycle including deployment monitoring troubleshooting and upgrades Drive innovation and automation in integration processes using OIC capabilities Prepare and maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and governance policies Required Skills Qualifications 812 years of overall IT experience with minimum 3 years in Oracle Integration Cloud OIC Strong expertise in OIC components Integrations Connections Lookups Schedules Monitoring Handson experience with RESTSOAP Web Services XML JSON XSLT and data mappings Deep understanding of integration patterns security protocols OAuth Certificates and error handling Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud HCM Cloud or other Oracle SaaS applications Proficiency in Groovy JavaScript or similar scripting for custom logic in OIC Strong leadership project management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage teams prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time Additional Inputs: Oracle Integration Cloud OIC Lead Client Location - LTIM Client - USA Charlotte, NC Work Mode - Hybrid - 4 Days at Client Office Client - LTIMindtree Duration - 6 Months Comp/Rate - USD $85/hr Please Note: Kindly submit resumes in the RippleHire and also share the submittal details to Melvin Avinash and Rita Kapoor in the email..
